Do you book travel or event tickets on our behalf?
No. Your business retains full control. Your team books directly through the platform, which means you manage your own travel activity while benefiting from the commission opportunity.
Who is this designed for?
The platform is ideal for UK SMEs whose employees travel regularly for work, including construction firms, engineering businesses, consultants, recruiters, surveyors, property companies and field-based teams.
What can we book through the platform?
Depending on availability, users can access accommodation, travel services, car hire, travel insurance, event tickets and selected corporate hospitality opportunities through the platform and its partners.
How does the business earn commission?
When eligible bookings are made through the platform, commission is generated and credited back to the business in line with the platform’s terms and partner arrangements.
How much commission is made?
Each category and travel platform offers a different commission package, generally this is between 10 - 15% commission per booking/reservation.
Is this only for hotels?
No. The opportunity can extend beyond accommodation to include selected travel services, corporate hospitality and event ticket bookings where available through platform partners.
Can we use the platform for corporate hospitality and event tickets?
Yes. Businesses can access selected sporting events, concerts and hospitality experiences directly through the platform or partner offerings, depending on availability.
Do we need an office travel manager to use it?
No, but it is recommended to have one lead contact to manage the administration of the platform. The lead contact will be trained on the platform and receive travel accreditations.
Is there a minimum company size?
The platform is generally best suited to SMEs with staff who travel regularly, particularly where travel is already a recurring business expense.
How much does it cost to join?
Access is provided via a one-time sign-up fee and a monthly membership of c. £35 per month. Full details can be shared during your discovery call so you can assess whether the model is commercially worthwhile for your business.
Is this a managed travel service?
No. This is not a traditional travel management service where someone books on your behalf. It is a self-serve platform that gives your business access, control and commission potential.
